Our completely refurbished 4-star holiday flat (awarded by the German Tourist association) is situated at the groundfloor (53qm). All rooms have floortiles or laminate. It's a non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

The flat has a high-quality eat-in kitchen with everything you need including an ironig-board and a steam-iron. You will find the living-room with a new flatscreen-TV and a stereo; there is an extra bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) with two seperate blankets/duvets and pillows as well as a bathroom with a big shower.

You can relax in the wintergarden with a gorgeous view at the forest and the gardens. A small blacony can also be used.

Our house is located in a quiet side-street close to the forest.

You can go on trips by bike or on foot. The world-cultural heritage Völklinger Hütte is just a 15 minute's drive away (6.5 km).

There is sufficient parking space in front of the house.

The bus stop to Saarbrücken and Völklingen is 300m away. (Non-stop connection to the University of the Saarland) MD, dentist, pharmacy, are within a 300m radius The motorway A 620 Saarbrücken-Luxemburg is 3.7 km away.
